Development History: In 1908, “Stephan” was founded in Germany, manufacturing electric motors and geared motors for the processing industry. In 1955, the company relocated to its current site in Hameln, Germany, covering an area of 28,000 square meters. In 1985, it became a “pioneer” in the production of high-precision robot gearboxes, and to date, it has produced over 600,000 robot axis gearboxes. Qualifications: It holds ISO certification and is a member of the International Credit Union, a member of the Saxony State under the EU Development Fund, and a member of the European Union Regional Development Fund. Technology and Products: It has over 110 years of technological leadership in the high-precision transmission industry. The products are standard, modular precision gear reducers with a basic structure similar to planetary gearboxes, featuring low backlash (≤0.1 arcmin). It has reliable testing systems, advanced production processes, temperature-controlled cleanrooms, and intelligent production lines.
